About the role:
Aircall is in the midst of a high-growth stage and with that, comes growing pains. In this role, you will report to the global Director, Marketing Operations and you will be a key member of a team that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and Data. You will level up the marketing organization, integrating it strategically with the rest of the business, as well as promote and champion proper process, structure, and data governance along the way. The role will allow you to develop a variety of skills that will contribute to your entire career while working with a team of talented people who help our dynamic range of customers.
You should have strong written and oral communication and project management skills, enabling you to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-functionally. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must
What you'll do:
- Be a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, to track and assess the business under a rigorous data-driven approach
- Drive the marketing strategy, working cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success), to accelerate growth and to optimize spend and ROI
- Centralize and standardize the data and analytics used by the Marketing team, by working with the Sales Operations and Data team to build the right business reporting at every level, from individual contributors to managers to the board
- Drive alignment between the Marketing team and the other go-to-market teams, particularly the Sales team, by establishing strategic targets and promoting shared language, analytics, and tracking between the teams
- Deliver on key cross-functional projects to improve the business in the long-term such as multi-touch attribution, medium-segment growth acceleration, and positioning integrations as our core growth lever
What you'll bring:
- 3/4+ years’ experience in a top consulting firm, or in a strategic marketing role within a fast growing company
- Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage and partner effectively with Aircall leadership
- Experience manipulating large data sets in a database proficiency in Excel / Gsheet (including Pivot Tables, functions, etc); Experience if possible in providing or working with team providing business insights: including dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting with tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc
- You understand marketing concepts such as pipeline, lead life cycle, MQLs, and conversion rates
- Assertiveness, directness, and a “company first” mentality; Leadership and ability to quickly scale a team of analysts in the future
- High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a “Get it done” attitude
- A really nice to have: Experience using our marketing tech stack eg. Marketo, Salesforce & Bizible
