Work you'll do
- Support mission-critical activities focused on optimizing Marketing's structure, improving operational efficiencies, and driving impact
- Process design - Contribute to designing processes for strategic marketing planning, operations, and insights to support Consulting Marketing's vision and direction
- Process documentation - Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, job aides, insights reports, and other standardized approaches that align best across marketing strategy, campaigns, and lead management
- Process improvement - Work with insights, operations, and analytics teams across the organization to meet evolving business needs, share best practices, and continually strive for excellence
- Champion processes - Train marketing team on standardized processes and influence organizational adherence to standards
- Collaborate - Work with Marketing Operations, Analytics & Insights team members as well as marketers and creatives to design solutions and achieve goals
- Conduct analysis - Analyze market and internal data to develop marketing reports and dashboards that help translate data into actionable insights that will be used for market assessments, business go-to-market planning, account strategy planning, etc.
- Ongoing learning - Continually grow knowledge base by by proactively researching and exploring Marketing operations and insights trends, KPIs, and efficiency measures
- Innovation - Help increase the team's value add by actively contributing to developing new solutions to improve the team's impact on Marketing and the business
- Operational support - Own and execute centralized marketing operations activities such as invoice processing, risk approvals and management, etc. to drive efficiencies; Assist with ongoing operational and insights activities across the organization including capacity/SOW management, budget tracking, KPI reports, etc.
Qualifications
Required
- 2-5 years professional experience in marketing, operations, or insights related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in process mapping, conducting quantitative analyses, and operational reports
- Proven ability to support multiple, simultaneous workstreams under deadline pressure
- Established ability to learn new tools and technologies
- Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement, and focus on excellence in work product delivery
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of people
- Experience in marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, Demand Generation, DAM) and dashboard building (e.g., Tableau, Excel) is a plus
- Flexibility/adaptability - comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
- Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who can iterate to drive results
