We're looking for a Marketing Operations Director with a unique blend of analytical and creative skills to help scale our marketing team and grow our business. You'll be a critical member of our team, working alongside world-class growth marketing professionals laser focused on executing end-to-end campaigns that drive demand for Paradox's solutions and create deeper relationships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of Paradox, owning the mechanics of our marketing engine - spanning technology, process development, and marketing analytics.

As a Marketing Operations Director, you will:

  • Be responsible for the marketing ops roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of our go-to-market teams
  • Produce reporting and dashboards that deliver critical insight into marketing performance for functional teams spanning marketing, sales, client success, and finance
  • Track and report on the entire marketing funnel, including lead volume and velocity, conversion to opportunity, and win/loss by tactic; ensuring reporting can be easily analyzed by key dimensions such as segment, vertical, and channel
  • Partner with our agency and internal teams to develop growth strategies specific to key segments and verticals
  • Continually simplify systems and processes, limiting one-off customization and over-engineered processes
  • Build out our Marketing Operations function with the right people, process, and technology to help Paradox scale

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, digital marketing, demand generation, and/or growth marketing
  • 3+ years experience as a system administrator of at least one core sales or marketing platform
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, marketing automation systems (Hubspot preferred) and a range of other marketing and sales platforms, such as Terminus, Outreach, and Showpad
  • Previous experience at a high-growth software/SaaS company
  • Track record of successful partnerships with go-to-market teams and sales/revenue operations counterparts
  • History of high achievement and driving big impact results in marketing & sales
  • An innate desire to help clients find solutions to real problems
  • Previous experience at a high-growth software/SaaS company
  • Ability to work from one of our Paradox office locations preferred (Scottsdale, Chicago, or Baltimore) 
  • Authorization to work in the United States
