Marketing Measurement Program Manager
The Opportunity
As the Marketing Measurement Program Manager, you are responsible for the efficiency and efficacy of MassMutual's marketing mix measurement practice. The successful candidate will build relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure that a centralized governance process, measurement plan, and operational roadmap is effectively defined and executed. You will be seen as a voice of influence in the business taking responsibility for delivering program analysis and developing insights and recommendations with your marketing counterparts to senior management as well as to tactical teams. You will have immediate impact and the opportunity to interface with marketing leaders throughout the organization.

This role is part of the Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights group that aims to drive growth, investment optimization and efficiency through the lens of media campaign analytics, consumer & producer insights and marketing technology enablement.
The Impact
The Marketing Measurement Program Manager will:
Be the voice of the project:
Provide communication to leadership about the status of various projects under the marketing measurement umbrella.
Collaborate with the development and tactical teams to provide strategic and tactical marketing investment direction to a broad range of stakeholders from the C-suite, brand and various marketing channels.
Act as the liaison between the Data Science and Marketing teams to ensure all expectations are aligned. Ensure any short-term directions related to planning and execution are properly communicated out on both sides and expectations managed.
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to identify issues before they become blockers in order to define/drive solutions.
Provide ongoing updates to our steering committee, highlighting any roadblocks and successes.
Manage daily activities and reporting:
Oversee entire end-to-end marketing measurement process, validate for accuracy, and meet the daily requirements of data engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
Monitor data collection, ensuring QA checks are completed as required and validating that data is loaded into the database.
Guide collaboration between marketing and data science on long term scenario planning and reporting tool development.
Collect and communicate stakeholder feedback throughout the development process to ensure alignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or marketing analytics. Advanced Degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant work experience in attribution analytics with a focus on marketing mix measurement and analysis.
Knowledge of advertising channels across TV, audio, SEM, OOH, Display (desktop, mobile), Digital Video, Social Media, various buying methodologies (CPM, CPC, CPA), etc.
Experience with advanced analytics including but not limited to Multi-Touch Attribution and Market Mix Modeling
Experience in an omnichannel marketing or customer analytics environment.
Experience condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions and influence / transform business performance; strong presentation skills
Understanding of business models and high-level strategy with the ability to consult and influence as a Subject Matter Expert for the best outcomes to drive business success.
Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders, and influence across divisions, departments, and teams.
Familiar with off-the-shelf data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Proficient in SQL. Able to build and maintain data processes to support reporting and analytics.
The Ideal Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in attribution analytics
Prior experience with Media Mix Market model design or planning and execution (highly desirable).
Knowledge in business intelligence, data assets
Financial services background a plus
