The Marketing Manager is responsible for enabling the successful execution of marketing and communication strategies related to Lockton's People Solutions business, based on Lockton's business objectives.

Role Responsibilities
  • Help execute the marketing and communication strategies designed to help achieve Lockton business objectives and oversee external and internal channel strategy execution to ensure precise and consistent message delivery
  • Lead and work with a cross functional team executing channel strategies
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns by providing content messaging, coordinating with teams, managing department deadlines, and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Assess performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for marketing and communications initiatives and subsequently makes recommendations based on findings
  • Develop, coordinate, and support marketing content strategy execution for multiple stakeholders, including all U.S. Series and Producers
  • Perform writing, copywriting, design coordination, editing, and proofing of marketing materials and content
  • Maintain precise messaging and brand consistency across multiple communication channels and marketing platforms
  • Compile competitive information and industry best practices
  • Maintain close working relationships with Series marketing partners
  • Work with and manage external partners as needed to achieve marketing goals
  • Prioritize and complete special projects as assigned
  • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate care and respect for others
  • All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and /or targets established


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing or related field and/or years of equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or other applicable experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining constant level of high quality
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated
  • Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines
  • Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, calculator, or photocopier
  • Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
  • Legally able to work in the United States
