The Marketing Manager will deliver marketing programs that align with business and sales goals. This person is responsible for developing and executing campaigns that move leads through the marketing funnel. This person must design, execute, measure, and deliver high-performing marketing campaigns. Accountabilities may also include go-to-market plans, product introductions, and customer engagement strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute annual marketing plan in support of business and product strategies
• Lead Generation through integrated marketing campaigns across web, social, email, and paid channels to help maximize ROI
• Scope projects within the marketing department, including timelines, deliverables, and team members
• Regularly analyze goals for pipeline creation to continually optimize existing programs
• Create promotions for webinars, eBooks/guides, case studies, blogs, and other content
• Develop and manage assigned employees, determining staff and skill requirements to meet departmental needs
• Collaborate with and/or manage internal and external resources required to execute programs on time and on budget, including presenters, technical resources, and sales
• Other duties as assigned
