In order to most effectively prevent injuries in a given operational environment, we work closely with each client across many dedicated and leading-edge teams, including client services, data and engineering, IT security and others. Each safety program is tailored to the needs of the workers on the ground and the managers who oversee them. The result is an actionable and scalable safety solution that seamlessly becomes part of a facility’s daily routine and is proven to prevent workplace injuries by as much as 64%.


CONTRIBUTION

The marketing manager at StrongArm Tech will develop and manage key performance marketing strategies and executions against aligned metrics for lead generation. They will work collaboratively with the executive director of marketing, along with the full marketing team and organization members, to drive traffic, leads and conversions. The marketing manager will also work with the sales and customer teams, in conjunction with sales enablement, to help manage communication and drive engagement to increase our ability to convert, retain and expand customer programs. Additionally, this role will:

  • Monitor and develop improved SEO.
  • Manage, create and execute PPC campaigns on search and social.
  • Work to develop programs in client conversion and customer engagement.
  • Manage a strategic segmentation of prospects, customers and users.
  • Manage and execute email, sms, paid media and direct communication strategy.
  • Work closely with the Director of Enablement toward lead generation and expansion goals.
  • Partner with the content team on nurture campaigns, social strategies and communications.
  • Partner with Knowledge Sharing to execute product marketing campaigns.
  • Be very lead generation and conversion driven in strategy.
  • Help to improve and manage internal communications.
  • Track and report on performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in the Google Analytics and Ad platforms, SEMRush or comparable SEO tool and Social Networks.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Suite & Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to craft strategy, concept and copywriting executions.
  • Proficiency in experiential marketing and engagement.
