Nikola is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key part in working with dealerships to provide direction and support for the commercialization of Nikola's truck portfolio of products and services.

You bring a passion for marketing and cultivating relationships with commercial dealerships, experience in multi-channel promotion and lead generation, comfort with various CRM platforms, and strong business acumen. You will be well-versed in the core fundamentals of successful execution of marketing strategy and tactics through dealership partners. You will be familiar with the truck dealership environment and capable of working in a fast-paced start-up company.

You Will:

• Collaborate with marketing directors and internal sales team to develop and execute a dealer marketing plan and program, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of Nikola's products and/or services
• Work closely with dealership marketers to establish high level marketing goals and KPIs
• Work with advertising agencies to develop national and regional campaigns to generate leads for dealer sales funnels
• Provide guidance and support for dealer advertising and promotion activities, focusing on website content, social media promotions, events, and more
• Manage CRM dealer interface and ROI-driven reporting by putting systems in place to monitor performance and show how marketing affects the bottom line

You Have:

• At minimum, a BS in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 4-7 years of marketing work experience, preferably in an OEM focused on dealer marketing
• Expertise within the Semi Truck, Manufacturing industry (or similar/relevant experience)
• Proficient in developing B2B marketing strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with managing agencies: understand the language they speak, set clear goals and objectives, and make sure all vendor partners are working together for best results
• Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Preferred: Commercial dealership marketing experience
