Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Managers primary duties include overseeing the planning and implementation of all aspects of digital and print marketing campaigns to effectively promote the FlexShopper brands products, helping to make us a household name. They will also be responsible for tracking data-driven multi-channel campaigns (on and offline), delegating responsibilities to a team of digital marketing specialists and marketing strategists in line with business objectives and industry best practices. The Marketing Manager will measure the performance analytics of all campaigns a be responsible for updating and relaying this information on a regular basis to all stakeholders. This is currently a full-time hybrid role, with at least 3 days a week onsite, in our Boca Raton office, and 2 days working from home. The location and nature of the schedule for this role is subject to change depending on business need.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage projects for marketing team from inception to completion and results measurement, through the delegation of tasks within Wrike project management platform.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration with B2B Sales team to keep goals aligned and deliver on all marketing materials, from pitch to collateral requests.
  • Develop and manage quarterly Marketing calendar through trend research and strategic planning on ecommerce sales.
  • Collaborate with team to develop and maintain digital campaigns to increase web traffic, customer applications, and sales.
  • Write, edit, and proof copy for a range of marketing and communications materials.
  • Manage all Ringless Voicemail campaigns, from scripting messaging and recording voicemail to breaking out customer lists and scheduling drops.
  • Conduct research and attend demos to identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Manage third party correspondence with agencies to ensure no details are overlooked and all deliverables are organized.
  • Oversee and maintain online relations with customers on social media channels to ensure positive online reputation.
  • Create internal content calendar to establish optimal cadence and schedule social posts via Later platform.
  • Develop clear and engaging content that is customer-centric and consistent with brand image.
  • Use Canva to design assets for organic and paid social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

  • Responsible for the positive performance management of a small team of digital marketing specialists and marketing strategists.
  • Help to recruit, grow, maintain, train and collaborate with subordinates in line with business goals.

Education, Experience and Technical Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Over 5 years of marketing experience required.
  • Google Ads certified in Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
  • Global knowledge of marketing principles and social media strategy.
  • Experience with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
  • Ability to use creative thinking to constantly come up with new ideas that could be implemented to build brand awareness and exciting engagement.
  • Creative eye for creating, curating, and managing content.
  • Ability to see the big picture and how multiple media channels work together.
  • Experience with social media content writing with the ability to master the brand voice specific to each piece.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms, such as Later & Hootsuite.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as MailChimp.
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
  • Project management experience.
  • Demonstrate great organizational skills.
  • Ability to create exciting and creative social media initiatives that help build brand awareness, boost engagement, and increase following.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency; quickly adapt to change and remain flexible.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail skill.
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment.
