We do this by providing older adults the ability to easily review, choose, and access affordable quality in-home helpers.
The Helper Bee's mission is to help people stay home longer through data-driven services that transform both the payer and the care-recipient experience.
As a Marketing Manager at The Helper Bees, you will oversee a growing team of designers, content creators, and other marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience developing long-term strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns while managing day-to-day activities.
Who you are:

  • You have experience managing a marketing team and/or project managing (in-house or in an agency environment)
  • You have a thorough understanding of marketing tactics and best practices
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
  • You seek help when necessary, but are self-motivated and proactive
  • You are curious and enjoy working through complex problems or concepts
  • You are someone people want to work for
  • You hold yourself - and your team - to a high standard
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

What you'll do:

  • Oversee marketing staff and budget
  • Provide the marketing team with clear feedback and direction
  • Develop project briefs to help guide both messaging and design
  • Run daily standups and help remove team and/or project roadblocks
  • Set clear expectations with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that consistently generate B2B and B2C leads
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights
  • Lead collateral development including ebooks, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Develop, test, and optimize digital tactics for web, social, and email marketing
  • Maintain marketing content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date
  • Present ideas and campaigns for internal review and buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
  • Participate in customer-facing activities including reporting and status meetings
  • Communicate updates on campaigns, strategies, budgets, and results to the Director of Marketing

What you'll need:

  • BA/BS in business, advertising, marketing, or equivalent working experience
  • At least two years of experience as a marketing manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred)

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Superior problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organization and project management skills

At THB, we define our company culture through our Core Values:
Quickly iterate through solutions

  • We move at a fast pace which requires quick iterations to find a path to a repeatable solution

Bee the teammate you want to work with

  • We work as a team, help each other and encourage each other

Ask questions, answer questions

  • You can't iterate through solutions if you don't ask the right questions which is why there is an expectation that questions should be asked. When you know the answer, being a good teammate means chiming in to get others up to speed.

Seek ways to make an immediate impact

  • Be thoughtful and proactive in how you make an impact on your team. Actively look for ways to make a fast, positive impact.

Take time to celebrate wins

  • It's so easy for a team that is heads down to forget about all the great things they've accomplished. That's why we make it a priority to remind ourselves to create space to celebrate wins, big or small.
