On our team, you will be a part of research studies with leading academic institutions. You will receive training from our mindfulness, nutrition and behavioral health counselors. Work closely with our orthopedic surgeon team to deepen your knowledge of musculoskeletal treatment.

SpineZone is seeking a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for the day to day management and execution of marketing strategies across channels and strategies. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the VP, Marketing to define key marketing priorities and work across teams to ensure SpineZone’s story is reaching the right people, on the right platforms, at the right time. In the process, you’ll manage a suite of sophisticated marketing tools within a growing company that is a force for good in the communities it serves.

Supervisory Responsibility

There is no supervisory responsibility for this position. 

Essential job functions:

  • Day to day execution of key marketing strategies and tactics
  • Liason for Marketing, Sales, and Clinical relationship needs
  • Developing marketing strategies for new products
  • Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries 
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions
  • Analyzing conversion rates from different channels and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives patient engagement
  • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
  • Partnering with product development to ensure alignment with marketing programs
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
  • Responsible for monthly marketing data review and analysis
  • Conduct routine market evaluations to determine market penetration/segmentation and growth.
  • Reports directly to the VP, Marketing

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of agency experience 

Preferred Experience

  • Prior Health Care experience preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Rebrand and brand positioning experience preferred
