Department OverviewThe Global Video Security & Access Control Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all strategic marketing and product marketing programs across the globe to drive product awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all global marketing strategy for the fixed video, mobile video and analytics portfolio, develops messaging and go to market strategy for the Video Security & Access Control business, creates and drives marketing programs and campaigns aimed to generate leads and build brand awareness among target audiences, including system integrators, end-users and consultants. As a part of the Global Video Security & Access Control Marketing team, oversees all aspects of elevating and driving growth for Avigilon, Pelco, IndigoVision, and MultiSight business as a part of the broader Motorola Solutions ecosystem.
Job Description
You will play a critical role in driving the success of our global sales team, ensuring every team member has the tools to drive our sales goals. This is a highly cross-functional role, giving you the opportunity to collaborate to develop a systematic approach that equips teams to be successful in every interaction with prospects and customers. You will work with the Sales, Product Marketing, Channel Operations, Digital Operations and other teams to develop communications, marketing materials and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop internal and external announcements to communicate new incentive programs, promotions, campaigns and a range of corporate updates
Develop integrated marketing campaigns and manage tactics to promote and drive demand for our end-to-end solutions across different print and digital channels (webinars, media buys, syndicated content, whitepapers and e-books)
Identify, create and manage compelling and meaningful content to enable sellers to accelerate pipeline and productivity including the development of campaign material
Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to develop and manage a content repository of sales and marketing material
Translate messaging into actionable sales pitches, email templates, social media kits, conversation guides and other tools for specific segments, enabling the business development and sales teams to have consistent, effective and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers
Help with the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of best practices on how to leverage the suite of sales enablement and marketing tools
Manage timelines, communications, and best practices around content / program development
Establish creative delivery and engagement mechanisms to enable sellers and channel
Support with the localization of materials to better enable our global sellers
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Communications or similar discipline.
4-5 years of experience in a related marketing role
Knowledge and experience marketing security solutions or other enterprise technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
A self-motivated, critical thinker who can define, drive and deliver on objectives and is motivated to succeed
Ability to create and deliver high impact field facing content
Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experience using Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools.
Proficiency with webinar/online communication tools: On24, WebEx, ZoomWebinar, GoToWebinar, etc.
Basic Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience
