Completely live and with just the click of a button, we can make your graduation speech or home cooking show look like a Netflix special, all for a fraction of the cost of a typical production crew.


About The Job


We're looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to develop our strategy for leveraging email and other owned digital channels to drive growth. Given that we serve clients across multiple verticals of varying sizes with bespoke needs, the ideal candidate will be comfortable developing industry-specific campaigns and programs to reach audiences where they are. This is a unique opportunity to build out a core marketing channel from scratch, and we’re establish email as a cornerstone of how we drive sustainable growth.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end CRM strategies to acquire new users, and continually engage and retain them throughout their lifecycle
  • Use marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that increase drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Build email nurture programs that engage prospects, effectively communicate the LiveControl value proposition, and ready them for sales interaction.
  • Work with our content and design teams to develop strategies for asset creation and email design that maximize opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Build playbooks and documentation that establish scalable CRM strategy and the foundation for a robust team.
  • Partner with performance marketing and sales to execute end-to-end campaigns in conjunction with our conference and events efforts.

Who you are:

  • Experienced. You have a minimum of 4 years experience with a heavy emphasis on email marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
  • An optimizer. You are comfortable driving A/B testing and conducting post-campaign analysis to identify what will drive the best outcomes.
  • A builder. You’ve architected an email strategy from scratch before and are excited to do it again. You know where to start, and are able to build long-term foundations while delivering short-term results.
  • A copywriter. While we have an in-house creative team to help turn your message into winning copy, we’d also love for you to be able to roll up your sleeves and do it yourself when necessary.
  • A collaborator. You’ll be working cross-functionally constantly; with sales and the rest of marketing, with product and design. You know how to write a great brief, and you know how to set clear expectations with stakeholders from across LiveControl.
  • A proven-performer. You’ve got a demonstrated track record of driving repeatable growth. You know how to execute a campaign from start to finish, and have experience doing so across multiple audiences concurrently.
  • A driver. Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution.
