About The Position

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager. In our world that means someone comfortable working with proven analytics technologies like Google Ads and Console, creating and learning from PPC (Pay Per Click) plans, developing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies, and guiding content creation and a sound web presence that grows awareness and conversion. They will care about things like brand standards and voice, as well as understand our target segments and how to reach them with cohesive and impactful messaging. They will lead in the conception, development, and implementation of all digital marketing initiatives that are expressive of our brand values and mission. They will gain market share by using innovative approaches in reaching our audience and will feel confident in leveraging segmentation tactics, guiding pricing strategies, creating promotional opportunities, and related go-to-market strategies to do so. They will spend their days connecting not only with our customers, but also working directly with other researchers, designers, and marketing associates.

Responsibilities include (but are not necessarily limited to):

  • Manage the marketing and branding of all products
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for all new products inclusive of pricing and value proposition
  • Conduct research regarding products, competitors, and new markets
  • Create digital and email campaigns using compelling messaging to grow brand awareness
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all marketing activities as they relate to reaching, teaching, and influencing our target segments
  • Conduct experiments to test messaging and ads for maximal effectiveness
  • Oversee and respond to all third-party communications platforms like LinkedIn
  • Use segmentation analysis to develop and refine messaging architectures and activities
  • Build an integrated strategic digital communications framework and long-term vision that may be inclusive of internal and external communication plans
  • Participate in customer problem-solving and product experimentation exercises
  • Collaborate with teammates as well as across teams
  • Introduce your team and the organization to fresh marketing and communications opportunities

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in product marketing and management, with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating extraordinarily successful communications campaigns
  • Expertise in paid campaign creation and ad spend evaluation, with proficiency in Google Ads and Analytics, certificate preferred
  • Expertise in email campaign creation and website conversion to move customers through the funnel, that will include analysis of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) marketing, lead, and sales data into clear and actionable insights
  • Expertise in keyword research, campaign planning, managing quality content, and content distribution
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, tactics, and planning, including search and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with top-level leadership and presenting ideas and analyses
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to leverage multiple data sources and identify trends in data
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for the purpose of internal team meetings and potential meetings with clients

Bonus Round:

  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience in experiential marketing and tradeshows
  • Experience interviewing customers and creating case studies
  • Experience managing vendors, as well as direct reports and comfortable with mentoring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience with NetSuite and MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
