Overview
Join a world-class marketing team as a Marketing Manager in Web Operations for the Go-To-Market Operations & Technology team in the Consumer Group business unit. TurboTax and Mint products are loved by millions of customers and drive over $3B in revenue. In this web operational role, you will deliver web and in-product experiences for our TurboTax and Mint customers in a fun and high-performing environment.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing Operations with browser-based application testing and debugging.
- 5+ years of A/B testing & and content personalization principles and methodologies.
- Experience building and using user interfaces and prototypes from wireframes and designs using CMS and HTML.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
- Excellent communication skills, confident with management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UX, SEO and other factors that impact web conversions.
- Effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creatives and stakeholders to manage components for web pages.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business, or relevant field of study.
How you will lead
- Author, publish, and QA web pages, tests, and marketing screens in the Turbotax.com product using the content management system and Intuit's experimentation tool.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support web authoring peers in problem solving, validate a/b test setup and execution of quality control activities.
- Responsible for specific executing requirements for new product experiences.
- Collaborate with XD to ensure designs fit within our templates/components and review pages against current web standards.
- Develop and execute processes to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability making sure website and in-product experiences are compliant and accessible.
- Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and other key stakeholders to accurately size projects.
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure that all work is completed according to department standards.
- Understand site mapping, user pathways, and information architecture, in collaboration with SEO, design and others.
