Brief Overview:

Marketing Manager, Partnerships and Strategic Markets

The Marketing Manager, Partnerships and Strategic Markets is a key member of the Amwell Integrated Marketing team, responsible for the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to pursue strategic sales markets and to increase the impact of our sales channel partners. This role will work with key teams and stakeholders; including Channel Partnerships, Government Solutions, Demand Generation, Business Development and Sales to accelerate growth through our partner ecosystem (i.e., resellers, innovators, system integrators, etc.) and strategic markets (i.e., federal and state government)

Amwell is seeking a dynamic marketer who is passionate about the healthcare market, drives for success and pulls from a wide range of business and marketing skills including relationship building, strategic planning, project management, and hands-on execution. This is an individual contributor role, requiring an experienced professional who can orchestrate and motivate cross-functional team members to deliver initiatives that drive measurable results.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Be an active member of the Marketing team, working closely with the Channel Partnerships and Government Solutions teams to align objectives, plans and resources to drive growth
  • Serve as a liaison for our partner ecosystem to collaborating with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Conferences & Events, and other teams
  • Drive partner impact through effective sales enablement content and tools, communication, sales training, and co-marketing strategies that result in pipeline growth
  • Develop awareness and engagement initiatives that result in pipeline growth
  • Develop strategy for and design marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline growth
  • Deliver impactful marketing programs, exploring new and creative tactics, mediums and venues inclusive of demand generation campaigns, virtual and in-person experiences, account-based marketing, digital marketing, and other activities
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, partner teams and external agencies to execute successful campaigns on time and within budget
  • Manage program budgets while being fiscally responsible and driving quantifiable ROI
  • Measure, optimize and report on program metrics, and present results to key stakeholders during business reviews

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience with an emphasis partner marketing, SaaS technology marketing a plus
  • Experience developing and managing multi-touch, integrated B2B marketing campaign
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and managing paid marketing opportunities (i.e., content sponsorships, events, etc.)
  • Data oriented with ability to track, measure and articulate performance and impact results
  • Dynamic, ambitious self-starter that works well with others and can drive projects forward amidst shifting priorities and goals
  • Creative thinker that develops strong value stories, generates innovative marketing ideas, works collaboratively, and leads a cross-functional team of stakeholders toward a common goal
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications including executive presence
