About the Team
The Integrated Marketing team focuses on eCommerce, Lifecycle, and cross functional 360 marketing strategy and campaigns. The team works to accelerate fan growth, drives revenue, and is key to the expansion of the Crunchyroll brand. We build internal and external relationships, and have the ability to create and implement end-to-end, long-term marketing strategy, significantly impacting global growth.
In servicing our eCommerce business, we support the team in developing strategic marketing plans to improve significant growth to the business. We develop innovative campaigns to improve sales in a cost-effective way. This team is highly collaborative, working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure success in a fast-growing markets.The Crunchyroll Store is dedicated to super serving anime fans by offering the best selection of merchandise, seamless UX, and outstanding customer service.
The Marketing Manager, eCommerce will support multi-channel marketing strategy and manage individual campaigns for the Crunchyroll Direct to Consumer Store. This role will be responsible for organizing and completing marketing plans that support revenue goals and provide direction on marketing messaging, advise promotional creative, and work to implement across multiple channels.
About You:
3-5 years of experience Marketing in eCommerce and/or direct to consumer business.
Shows interest in the broader marketplace and competition. Aware of changing trends and customer behaviors that impact the way we market.
Excited and passionate about collectibles, apparel, and the anime space.
Bachelor’s degree required, with a focus in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
A day in the life of our Marketing Manager, eCommerce:
Envision and build multi-channel campaigns for regular rhythm of eCommerce promotions, including managing the campaign calendar, finding opportunities to raise awareness and create revenue for the Crunchyroll Store, copy review, and input on products to feature in marketing.
Lead asset creation and collaboration to work on marketing plans across multiple teams, including website, events, social, email, paid media, PR, and more.
Set and then manage marketing plan timelines for campaign promotions -- identify deadlines, reviews, and key dates.
Monitor marketing performance, report back on KPIs, and use data to inform and provide recommendations to improve ongoing campaigns and new marketing plans.
Coordinate with eCommerce Marketing lead to ensure consistency in marketing strategy across eCommerce plans as well as see opportunities for collaboration with other lines of business.
Partner with the Lifecycle team to identify ongoing A/B testing opportunities designed to grow/scale the effectiveness of our Lifecycle/CRM program

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees.
