This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.

Your role and impact

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to help us get projects and programs over the finish line. As a member of the Commercial Marketing team, you will support the ongoing efforts to build awareness, drive engagement and generate demand among our various B2B audiences. To be successful as the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you should excel in collaboration, planning, prioritization and taking Ownership. You are self-motivated, show initiative  and won’t hesitate to keep moving forward as you clarify objectives and define successful outcomes. We are building a marketing model grounded in data and open for Innovation. We need someone to help us execute and drive measurable results and along the way, help us Relentlessly Improve the way we work.  

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Commercial Marketing to execute on our content strategy. 
  • Manage creative projects from start to finish, collaborating with SMEs, writers and creatives
  • Create and manage a content calendar that supports the ongoing marketing efforts
  • Maintain  an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Support digital marketing activities for both campaign execution and reporting 
  • Influence the planning and budgeting of marketing campaigns and programs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external groups
  • Create and publish regular reporting on marketing impact on pipeline and revenue

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience working in digital media and technology, with a working familiarity of CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot), and advertising/analytics platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics and similar)
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Asana and Confluence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where new projects develop quickly
  • Experience managing multiple projects with successful outcomes
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, decision-making and project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity coupled with a highly analytical approach in assessing what is working and where to drive improved performance
  • Ability to effectively communicate across the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience working with/managing agencies
