ROLE

Do you have experience in leading strategic marketing initiatives to build pipeline growth?

We're looking for a US-based Marketing Manager to join us on our exciting journey!

To help us to ignite the next phase of our journey, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a track record of successful delivery to join Faethm's marketing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing who's based in the US, you'll be a key player in implementing a marketing strategy to leverage opportunities for the business to grow across the AMER region. This role will suit a professional with at least 3 years of experience and with strong generalist experience in delivering successful go-to-market strategies and high impact demand generation campaigns for key market segments/verticals, to ultimately drive high-quality leads and positive ROI. This role is an exciting mix where you'll be able to contribute to strategic direction while also leading the execution, satisfying your drive for 'doing' in diverse areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing effective go-to-market strategies and high impact demand generation campaigns for key market segments/verticals that drive high-quality sales leads
  • Understanding the market and sales challenges within the AMER region
  • Identifying appropriate field marketing mix to drive acquisition, engagement, and customer adoption goals
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel programs (webinars, events, EDMs, etc), which address audience pain points and buyer needs
  • Executing nurture strategy for prospects and customers in the region
  • Working with local PR to position Faethm as thought leaders in the market and raise awareness of the company
  • Collaborating with the global marketing team and sharing knowledge and best practices across the company
  • Being a partner to the sales organisation, ensuring your marketing strategies help to drive the sales organisation goals
  • Defining ABM strategies in partnership with the sales team
  • Collaborating with our partner network on joint initiatives, co-branded events and content, etc.
  • Delivering on pipeline targets through a constant flow of inbound leads from targeted industries and roles
  • Ensuring website content is updated and relevant to the AMER region
  • Partnering with local BDRs and sales to ensure campaign alignment and effective execution
  • Being the voice of the region for marketing lead activities
  • Being highly cross-functional and sourcing content, data, and subject matter expertise from across global marketing and the broader company
  • Executing on a range of events both owned and third party
  • Looking for opportunities for content syndication, third party advertising and other sources of lead generation


DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years experience working in the marketing function at B2B SaaS businesses
  • Experience in campaign development and execution, and specific experience with content marketing, ABM, events, and multi-channel campaigns, and tactics including blogging, case studies, webinars, social engagement, email, etc
  • Experience with HubSpot marketing automation, CRM, social media, digital platforms
  • A track record of exceeding quality pipeline generation goals
  • Outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to apply this to scrutinizing our output, constructively feeding back to the marketing team
  • User empathy, and an aptitude for using this to understand the motivations and goals of our users
  • Fantastic organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • A passion for performance optimisation, using A/B testing etc
  • A self-starter attitude, being organised, flexible and very goal orientated
  • A pragmatic bias towards action
  • A desire to learn, develop and ultimately evolve into a more senior position in the future
