As a Marketing Lead within PNC's Paid Search organization, you will be based remotely within one of the following markets: Pittsburgh, PA., Cleveland, OH., Philadelphia, PA., Downers Grove, IL, Birmingham, AL, or Houston, TX. Surrounding markets may be considered. In person activities may occur periodically based on business need.
The Paid Search Marketing Lead is responsible for implementing and managing Paid Search (PPC) media strategies for PNC Bank Products and Services as well as serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert. The Marketing Lead will own the development, implementation, and performance reporting on all Paid Search campaigns. We are looking for an individual who can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the overall goals and success of PNC Bank products. You will partner with key stakeholders across the organization - Analytics, Creative, Finance, Operations & Risk to bring Paid Search strategies to life.
Essential Functions & Primary Duties• Set-up, maintain and optimize ad campaigns on Google & Bing• Build and maintain relationships with LOB partners• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns• Prepare reports, identify changes in traffic, ranking and conversions and work closely with LOB partners to understand campaign performance• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy and provide digital partners with suggestions to optimize website landing pages• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.• Research paid search and marketplace trends and advancements within the banking industry
Professional Skills & Qualifications• 3+ years' experience in Paid Search (PPC)• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word• Experience working with PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, SearchAds 360, Adobe Media Optimizer)• Experience with tagging, conversion tracking and remarketing list creation• Experience with and an understanding of managing campaigns through automation (Google Auction Time Bidding)• Experience with Adobe Analytics & Google Campaign Manager a plus

Job Description
- Develops and executes integrated, multi-channel Marketing plans for one or more products/segments/channels.
- Creates sound strategic direction and builds consensus among partners. Leverages influence and SME throughout.
- Translates desired business outcomes into strategy and executes Marketing programs/projects, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Coordinates and influences multi-functional program teams. Ensures data collected is synthesized.
- Acts as a point of contact with agencies, third parties or internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf. Making decisions and ensuring goals are being met.
- Administers activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
