SUMMARY
WELL™ Health is seeking a detail-oriented Events associate to generate pipeline and create buzz throughout the customer journey. This individual will use their skills to execute our events strategy across trade shows, sales events, webinars and internal events.
The Events Associate is responsible for working closely with sales, SDRs and the rest of the marketing team to execute events and measure their impact on the business. This will require a deep understanding of WELL Health’s business to deliver effective programming.
This role reports into the Director of Events, and will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Communications, and Revenue Operations to design and execute impactful events. A high tolerance for experimentation and ambiguity is critical for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Strategy & Vision
- Partner with Director, Events to define an event strategy that promotes WELL™ business goals and drive its successful execution
- Continually learn, recommend, and adopt best practices and technologies that will improve our event game
- Coordinate high level strategies as well as the nitty gritty event details and deadlines to ensure timely execution of tasks by various departments and business partners
- Event Execution
- Design rich and scalable customer experiences through in-person and online events
- Manage communication among various departments to ensure that all teams are aligned, informed, and prepared.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations and analytics teams to define and measure success
- Track and analyze the financial impact of each event in a timely manner
- Manage external vendors and production teams to understand and determine project timelines, features, delivery dates, assets, capabilities and requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of event marketing experience
- Experience defining and executing multi-event campaign strategies
- High degree of organizational skills (planning, coordinating, tracking) and comfort working on time-sensitive projects
- Strong cognitive/analytical and strategic thinking skills; confidence and assertiveness to ask questions and make recommendations
- Soft leadership skills necessary to manage up and influence other teams and partners
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in hours during the hectic lead up to events
- Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed to support the events schedule
- Experience with project management tools like Asana and Sales & Marketing tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
LOCATION
WELL™ is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA, with offices in Boston, MA and Los Angeles, CA. For this role, we are open to candidates that are already based in the US and seeking a permanently remote position. #LI-Remote
