Job Description As a Marketing Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for management and oversight of all Merchant Services acquisition and engagement offers. You will also be responsible for reporting, analyzing data, and process improvement.
Responsibilities

  • Day to day support for all Merchant Services marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, approval and offer fulfillment
  • Perform analysis using SAS and SQL in UNIX environment. Create, review and implement SAS programs to identify, validate and fulfill marketing incentives for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain and enhance the source code and process flow for the department's SAS production environment. Create self-service dashboards that provide data driven marketing insights. Develop and implement new automation procedures for ongoing technical operations.
  • Manage and maintain tools to facilitate campaign management and offer fulfillment. Provide recommendations for implementation of new standards to facilitate consistency and communication within the department operations.
  • Evaluate and determine required data to support approved marketing campaigns. Build end-to-end process, including day-to-day activities working with campaign and offer fulfillment teams.
  • Partner with product and technology to extend the offers platform.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
  • Problem solving / issue resolution skills as well as customer service skills
  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group or as an individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAS, SQL, or Python a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience preferred
