Overview

Global Marketing is the lead generation engine for the Private Client Group at Fisher Investments. The Data Operations team plays an essential role in Marketing's daily operations while guiding important decisions and assessing performance.

The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will oversee the flow of data through the Marketing department, develop reporting and assist all marketers in ad hoc and long-term analyses. Reporting to the Marketing Data & Reporting Manager, you will learn to think abstractly while working with other members of the Marketing department to support new initiatives and data projects.

The Day-to-Day:

• Report on campaign performance for US and International Marketing teams
• Provide insight and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
• Build data infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and refine processes
• Understand the "how" and "why" of department data flow
• Communicate by distilling information down to non-technical audience
• Manage ad hoc data requests from marketers to help meet a variety of needs such as automating processes, QA'ing data, analyzing data oddities, building reporting modeling and more

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ years Data Analytics experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• History of managing complexity and dealing with ambiguity
• Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical insights to all levels of management
