The Iron Mountain Global Brand Marketing Team is looking for someone with grit, creativity, strong organizational and communication skills, and a friendly, positive attitude to help our high-performing team engage consumers with valuable information, compelling storytelling, and relevant interactive experiences.

The Creative Project Coordinator collaborates with members of the Global Brand Marketing team and across the broader marketing department to plan content, organize creative content production, manage budget and invoice expenditures, and maintain progress of top creative projects.

This role is designed to keep the Global Brand Marketing team's projects moving forward, while giving a passionate future-marketer the initial break they need to enter the business. Candidates should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and be willing to help in any way needed to keep the team functioning at a high level.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION! You can work from anywhere you'd like, as long as you've got an internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, editors, designers, video teams, and external agencies/vendors to keep creative project deliverables, reviews, and approvals on time and on budget.
  • Work closely with content and media strategists to execute campaigns - follow projects from kickoff through distribution.
  • Prioritize projects
  • Coordinate and lead weekly campaign check-in meetings
  • Set up tasks in project management tool
  • Hold coworkers accountable to drive projects forward
  • Advocate for the creative process and timelines
  • Ensure content strategists are aware of timelines and project status.
  • Help own and facilitate the planning, agenda, and organization of internal marketing meetings.
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions and help execute creative content.
  • Work with internal partners to process reviews and invoices, obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Work with external partners to ensure proper billing and payment.
  • Perform support tasks for the team as necessary (photo/video shoot assistance, purchase props, coordinate location access, etc).


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in brand, social media marketing, content marketing, or related field
  • Marketing college coursework, certification, or relevant experience
  • Enthusiasm, empathy, and positivity a MUST!
  • Positive attitude and high-energy performer
  • Top-notch organizational skills and a detail-oriented mentality
  • Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools like Monday.com a plus
  • Creativity and strong writing skills a plus
  • Ability to work closely within a team structure and prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Passion and intellectual curiosity for all things social, mobile, and digital emerging technologies. Keeps abreast of the latest industry news, savvy on social media marketing best practices
  • Outstanding team player
  • A problem-solver and self-starter by nature
  • Ability to be awesome


Compensation:

Base salary $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)

Target annual bonus 10%
