About the Marketing Coordinator at Headspace:


Put simply, you’ll be the beating heart of our small, but mighty International Marketing team at Headspace. In this role you’ll gain experience across the entire marketing and comms funnel, ensuring efficient workflows and processes are in place to make our team tick. 

 

The right person for this role will be an excellent communicator who is comfortable working with all sorts of people at all levels, across different business functions. You’re someone who excels at making stuff happen, a perpetual doer that can problem solve on the job in a calm and considerate manner. Creativity is your passion, you radiate positive energy and are able to approach new briefs with enthusiasm and fresh thinking in equal measure. 


How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

  • Lead on day to day process & team logistics, including supporting with project management, documenting meetings, finance & budgeting, new supplier onboarding and managing approvals of legal documents 
  • Partner with members of the INTL Marketing + Comms team to coordinate deliverables across live projects, navigating challenges and creating workflows to ensure briefs are delivered on time
  • Support with identifying individual influencers and ambassadors in line with communications plans
  • Lead all INTL localisation requests across marketing, content, product and B2B
  • Support members of the team with marketing + PR agency coordination across various briefs
  • Assist with planning and execution of events, press and influencer trips, or any other activations
  • Build effective relationships with other teams within Headspace as necessary

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 2-3 + years experience in relevant marketing and/or comms roles
  • Passion for destigmatising mental health and working on projects that can help improve the health and happiness of the world. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to successfully work cross-functionally with partners across the organization.
