Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our PSA team to lead the coordination of the marketing department in facilitating the advertising and marketing needs of PSA. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in marketing communications activities, budget, media schedule, and advertising calendar.
You’ll report to The President of PSA and work from our Santa Ana office.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the coordination and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives.
- Maintain the budget and meet deadlines on time sensitive projects and materials.
- Work closely with Art Director and Graphics Design team to manage scheduling, delivery and fulfillment of all marketing assets.
- Manage and implement print process for all direct mail campaigns, promotional campaigns, and trade show collateral.
- Assist in media planning and coordinate media insertions, both online and print.
- Manage and reconcile all costs associated with marketing related projects.
- Obtain competitive bids for marketing materials and determine the most appropriate vendor.
- Assist with the coordination, planning, and advertising of major trade shows and events.
- Manage outside vendors
Who You Are:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of experience in marketing and advertising including experience in a coordinator role
- Has strong project management skills and is task oriented.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in all types of media (print, web, e-mail, etc.) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors and other employees of the organization.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
