Key Accountabilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Projects Manager and other team members to create, support and execute initiatives that form the U.S. annual marketing plan.
• Support marketing-influenced candidate pipelines and generate leads through onsite activations supporting the Recruitment team.
• Create and schedule marketing content across all social channels, ensuring it is engaging, compelling, and reflects IMC's branding guidelines.
• Coordinate email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns using Phenom and other platforms in partnership with the Recruitment team.
• Coordinate in-office and external photo/video shoots and manage day-of logistics, such as equipment needs, etc.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, and delivery of IMC-branded merchandise for various company events and initiatives.
• Manage requests for campus recruitment marketing collateral in support of the Recruitment team.
• Partner with the Global Marketing Team on international projects, including our Team Liquid collaboration and competitions.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related marketing experience and a related Bachelor's degree
• Project management experience, including the development and tracking of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborative, creative, resourceful, and curious
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite preferred
• Organized, confident, and adept at juggling multiple projects and competing priorities in an environment where things move extremely fast
• Ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate and manage expectations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
