About the Role: Marketing Coordinator
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will help strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns collaborating with the Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing teams. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will act as a 'utility player' executing digital marketing, sales enablement, content marketing, demand generation, & event coordination. You are data-driven, detail-oriented and tech-savvy. You enjoy the challenge(s) of creating scalable, repeatable processes and systems. You are curious, with an urgency to grow personally and professionally in a fast-paced SaaS industry.

About the Role: Marketing Coordinator
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will help strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns collaborating with the Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing teams. You are data-driven, detail-oriented and tech-savvy. You enjoy the challenge(s) of creating scalable, repeatable processes and systems. You are curious, with an urgency to grow personally and professionally in a fast-paced SaaS industry.
- Execute integrated demand generation campaigns that acquire, activate, and engage new clients and prospects
- Plan, launch, measure, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across channels including email, SEM, SEO, display, content, website, and paid social
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and services teams to translate our value proposition
- Design and build automated email campaigns in Hubspot (including our monthly newsletter), reporting performance analytics to stakeholders
- Collaborate with our team of in-house designers, web developers, and copywriters to create thought leadership content that resonates with our audience
- Track and analyze marketing metrics, leveraging A/B testing, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Manage organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube
- Coordinate events logistics for industry trade shows, educational workshops, and customer events
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including competitor battlecards, content inventory, content calendar, and our intranet
- Work on joint marketing initiatives with industry partners and service providers
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing experience; digital marketing experience at SaaS companies preferred (legal technology experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools -specifically HubSpot and Salesforce- or other similar marketing automation tools (like Pardot, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Marketo, SproutSocial, etc.)
- Data/metrics and process-oriented mentality and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A critical mind: You're always looking for the best way to optimize things
- Willing to work in our Chicago, IL office 2-3 days per week; "hybrid schedule"
- Will need to provide proof of Covid 19 vaccination
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
