The Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role in the promotion and execution of various marketing plans to provide consistent branding for Enovation Controls. This position will work closely with the sales teams to enhance and expand sales opportunities and is responsible for promoting our services via copywriting, advertising, and event assistance.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of the brand strategy and implement same.
• Responsible for producing material for different advertising channels including, but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, and press releases.
• Provide research and analytics to help form a marketing plan and recommend marketing strategies that support brand awareness.
• Conduct research on customer behavior and market trends. Prepare summary and recommendations.
• Coordinate all advertising-related activities, including but not limited to manage budget, develop messaging, create advertisement artwork, support publishers, and ensure timely delivery of project.
• Assist Marketing & Events Manager with the organization and logistics of trade shows and events.
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials.
• Collaborate with marketing team members as needed on complex or specialized projects.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or Marketing

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years professional work experience in related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
• Works well with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Adobe creative suite products.
• Understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms required.
• Travel
