Marketing Content Manager
We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Content Manager to join our growing website team! In this role you will develop, evaluate and implement campaigns in alignment with business unit strategies, ensuring website content is engaging and in line with First Tech's brand image and objectives. Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a Content Manager or similar role, experience working within a Content Management System and excellent writing and editorial skills.

Job Duties
- Develop and design compelling marketing copy and content for B2B and B2C initiatives, including social, advertising, product promotion, virtual events, trade show, digital/web, and operational communications
- Contribute to identification of content needs for internal marketing partners and business units (social, experiential, product, life style, life stage and digital experience center)
- Understand the unique tones of our industry and develop content with a consistent, cohesive and on-brand voice across all brand assets
- Independently research and/or gather information from internal and external subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write effective copy across a variety of marketing channels
- Write, edit, proofread and provide feedback on a variety of copy/assets
- Assist in the rewriting of existing operational communications in order to maintain a consistent brand voice
Essential skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience developing and executing marketing strategies in a multi-channel, multi-product environment in a Marketing Content Manager, Marketing Manager, Writer/Editor, or Specialist role
- Experience developing articles and marketing web content
- Experience social media marketing, landscapes, standard operating procedures, best practices and industry standards
- Excellent writing and editorial skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and cross-functional team setting while producing high-quality work
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in accordance with short-and-long range objectives
- Ability to foster internal and external business relationships
- Familiarity with financial services marketing strategies & regulations
- Proficient computer skills and internet savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, English or other related fields of study is preferred
