About the Team:
The Global Marketing function is a partner to the business, bringing creative and targeted marketing campaigns to each geography, and embracing new strategies and innovative techniques to keep Capco ahead of the competition. We work to increase brand awareness, foster and build relationships with our clients, and influence the bottom line through lead generation and maturation. We also provide strategic and execution support to Capco's corporate services functions and our CSR, Health & Wellness and DE&I initiatives.
About the Job:
The Global Marketing function provides strategic vision to support Capco's business goals and objectives worldwide. Our global team of 40+ marketers include marketing strategists, designers, content producers, digital marketers, animators, and media relations and internal communications experts. Reporting to the Head of Content & External Communications, this role sits within the Global Content Team and has day-to-day responsibility for three markets: the US, Canada and Brazil.
High-quality thought leadership is key to positioning Capco's financial services and energy domain expertise in the marketplace and to enhancing our brand and reputation. As a member of the Content Team within the Global Marketing function, you will work closely with the business to identify topics and create narratives to communicate compelling insights that will advance and help shape key industry conversations.

  • You will be familiar with the evolving priorities of financial services institutions and the opportunities and challenges they are looking to navigate, from delivering enhanced digital customer experiences through to new ways of working, data and emerging technologies, ESG considerations, and the evolving regulatory agenda.
  • You will be able to plan, organize and deliver content across multiple channels and formats in a timely and impactful fashion.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders, domain experts and Capco clients to help them share their ideas and vision.


What You'll Get to Do:

  • Research, develop/write, edit, proof and deliver a broad spectrum of content - including POVs, white papers, bespoke surveys, video/animation scripts (solutions, domain, culture/recruitment) - in close collaboration with Capco leaders and subject matter experts, external Capco partner firms and other third parties.
  • Using inhouse tools including our global content tracker, manage the Americas regional content pipeline from inception through to publication and promotion, carefully considering rich media support and channel optimization.
  • Draw upon internally and externally derived data and insights to inform future content creation.
  • Champion Capco's house editorial style and the firm's approach to content marketing, educating teams and individuals on best practices and our go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Design teams to ensure high-quality presentation of content and to identify the optimal format/channel for its distribution.
  • Work with Capco's PR agencies on identifying and adapting thought leadership content for media placement.
  • Coordinate website uploads and social media promotion of new content, ensuring all online content remains relevant and current.
  • Working with Digital Marketing colleagues, ensure content is SEO optimized via keyword research, assessment, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with Regional Marketing leads and their teams to integrate our content programs with wider brand campaigns and where necessary to translate content for specific markets.
  • Review the effectiveness and performance of content (KPIs) on an ongoing basis.


What You'll Bring with You:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years' experience in a similar role. A track record in presenting technical B2B financial services content in a clear and engaging fashion to a range of audiences is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience within financial services or the professional services industry, or in sector-related publishing roles. Familiarity with external communications (including media relations) would be beneficial, though is not a primary requirement.
  • Creative writer with an excellent grasp of the English language, strong editing skills, great attention to detail and strong organizational/time-management skills.
  • A commitment to building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Understanding of social media channel management/content creation, including best practices and which content/approaches work best and why.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles.
  • Impeccable integrity and dependability.
  • Flexibility and openness in your operating style, including a willingness to adapt swiftly to change and seize opportunities arising from shifted priorities.
  • A proactive, 'hit the ground running' attitude.
  • Strong execution skills married to strategic thinking.
  • The ability to work effectively in an extremely fast-paced and iterative environment.
