Job Summary
Comcast Advertising is looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing Operations team. As the Marketing Campaign Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the success of programs that support our various lifecycles and lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will support Comcast Advertising, Effectv and Freewheel properties and provide direct supervision to our newest Analyst. In this position, you'll supervise the management of campaign/program templates within our full tech stack including marketing automation, chatbot, event and CRM software. Your technical savviness and passion for processes will power the strategy to ensure end user readiness to integrate and adopt new technology and supporting processes into daily operations. Conducts process analysis and deployment support in the areas of marketing readiness, user acceptance testing and live trial.
Job Description

  • Design and support the optimization of marketing campaign setup across multiple platforms, creative formats and target audience segments - examples of campaigns include nurture campaigns in Marketo, targeted playbooks in Drift (chatbot), sales-facing programs in Microsoft's Power Apps
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational and marketing technology guidelines
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous campaigns
  • Troubleshoot various aspects of campaign setup
  • Recruit, train and mentor talent for the implementation of campaigns
  • Assist and train other end-users of marketing software on setup best practices
  • Implements deployment readiness program for regional rollouts, including communications, UAT and training support for call centers.
  • Defines quality gates to ensure market readiness is in line with deployment milestones.
  • Reviews and updates Training Strategy to meet region specific needs.
  • Defines a training plan to ensure business continuity.
  • Reviews UAT testing strategy and updates to meet regional and segmentation differences.
  • Manages daily testing status and defect tracking.
  • Manages reporting metrics and the ongoing collection process in each region. Support escalated project issues and risks as appropriate.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree
