We’re looking for a marketing campaign manager to help us build and scale our demand generation and progression machine.
In this role you will:
- Lead the strategy, development and execution of audience-first, integrated campaigns that drive marketing qualified leads; including but not limited to web, email, organic, paid social media, and virtual client meetings.
- Partner with product marketing to adapt high-level messaging for specific verticals and audiences
- Drive cross-functional execution with Content marketing, Digital, Field Marketing and Creative teams
- Collaborate with peers in Paid media and Marketing Operations to develop a data-led learning agenda to optimize investment at the audience, geography and channel level.
- Measure, optimize and report on campaign performance and ROI; reviewing analytics and presenting results and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
- Manage campaign logistics within Marketo and Salesforce.com including campaign setup and maintenance, and assist with the management of data quality.
Your qualifications are:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in demand and lead generation marketing preferably in B2B SaaS (MBA a plus).
- Expertise in modern digital growth strategies including SEO, SEM, social ads, content syndication, analytics platforms, web technologies and more.
- Experience building and executing integrated campaigns in Marketo (Marketo certification a plus) and LinkedIn Campaign manager.
- Advanced understanding of CRM systems and how they interact with marketing tools and channels (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of digital conversion measurement (Google Ads, LinkedIn, UTM tracking strategy, etc.).
- Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or SmartSheet expert.
- Strong quantitative skills to analyze and optimize performance.
- Desire to function as both strategic marketer and orchestrate tactical components of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to influence and communicate with many levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated success as collaborator, team player, and problem solver.
- A self-starter with a can-do, team-first work ethic.
- Ability to manage a large project load of multidisciplinary projects.
