The Position

Marketing Campaign Manager, Customer Base

 

What We Need

The Customer Base Marketing Campaign Manager plans, ideates, designs, and executes base campaigns that are built to inform customers, improve satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce churn. The Customer Base Marketing Manager is the quarterback for how we market and sell to our entire customer base. They are the single point of contact and executor of those plans.

Your Area of Focus

  • Manage existing early-life programs that speed onboarding, improve self-service, and increase satisfaction (while reducing churn)
  • Manage monthly cross-selling and up-selling campaigns that target customers who are good candidates for purchasing additional products and services. This includes campaign ideation, planning, offer creation and execution, campaign execution and measuring and monitoring
  • Maintain and lead cross-functional programs with the Sales, Product and Support departments to assure campaigns are managed appropriately and that messaging is appropriately conveyed
  • Manage calendar of scheduled and outgoing Direct Practice communications
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with key stakeholders regarding campaign performance
  • Maintain knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends
  • Create and maintain customer lists and segmentation within Kareo’s database. Work with the Data Analytics Team for more complex lists and needs.

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 5+ years campaign management experience – primarily in a B2B Software environment, with demonstrated experience in customer base and life cycle management
  • Demonstrated experience or certification in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms. Knowledge of Eloqua, Salesforce, Gainsight are a plus.
  • B.A. or B.S. in a related field
  • Excellence in both creative and analytical aspects of Marketing
  • Strong communicator – both in-person and in writing
  • Strong reporting and analytics skill set (Excel). Ability to analyze large data sets and summarize findings (Tableau is a plus).
