360Learning is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our marketing team. Your mission is to increase the efficiency of global marketing campaigns and improve the productivity of the marketing team.
More specifically, you will mainly be in charge of operating marketing tools including Marketo and Google Analytics, ensuring data reliability in our systems, delivering ad hoc reports, implementing new tools in our marketing stack, and supporting transverse marketing projects on the tooling side.
You will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and work closely with Demand Gen, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams. You will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow within the company.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Be aware of marketing targets, organization, roadmap, tools, and processes
- Meet most of your colleagues
- Lead a first simple project to familiarize with our work environment
Within 3 months, you will:
- Take ownership of campaign execution processes and templates in Marketo and campaign performance reporting in Salesforce and Google Analytics
- Understand key marketing needs for campaign execution on marketing automation and identify opportunities for improvement
- Define your quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Within 6 months, you will:
- Support the implementation of new marketing tools
- Drive insights into marketing performance through reporting capabilities
- Refine campaign execution processes and ensure alignment across marketing teams
- Build your 12-months roadmap
Within 12 months, you will:
- Identify and lead projects to drive marketing productivity
- Give strategic input to define your team’s roadmap
- Be a key partner for all marketing team members
The Skill Set
- 2+ years of experience executing marketing programs in Marketo
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certified
- Experience working with a CRM and automation software (e.g. Salesloft, Lean Data, Zapier)Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email marketing
- Ability to communicate clearly on complex projects and facilitate internal alignment
- Strong rigor & attention to detail
- Growth mindset & can-do attitude
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
- SaaS B2B experience is a plus
