Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Design visual imagery for landing/web pages
  • Create and manage workflows, template designs, email campaigns, landing pages, dashboards, etc. through our marketing automation platform, Marketo
  • Prepare and present landing/webpage mock-ups
  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready digital assets for external collateral, while meeting all business communication requirements
  • Test and improve the design of digital assets
  • Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design, and testing of email campaigns
  • Adapt messaging and designs by channel-digital (web and email), video and print
  • Partner with functional marketing teams, including writers, designers, campaign managers, product marketers, and to drive cohesive integrated campaigns and ensure projects aligned to overall strategy and business needs.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years professional marketing automation and/or web page experience in an agency setting or in-house creative/marketing department developing digital and email materials
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools (Workfront), PitchPRO+, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent visual design skills
  • B2B, financial services and industry-specific experience a plus
  • Multimedia, digital design, and video (animation and motion graphics) experience a plus
  • Keen sense of deadlines, excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is highly organized
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy/quality and a critical eye for design aesthetics
  • Able to gather, interpret, and incorporate feedback from a large group of stakeholders
  • A customer-obsessed mindset to ensure exceptional customer experience and delivery
  • High degree of professionalism and flexibility and is equally comfortable working independently and as a team player
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
