Position Description:

Deque is looking to expand our Marketing team. In this role you would report to the Marketing Automation & Operations Manager. Together you will drive the Marketing lead and contact management lifecycle, including the data process from lead creation to Sales team handoff. This role will be relied upon to maintain marketing automation practices in support of nurturing contacts, generating leads, and better enable upselling/cross selling for Sales teams.

Our ideal candidate for the Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist position is an enthusiastic marketer with a strong personal drive. This role will be responsible for optimizing the use of HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the use of HubSpot.
• Assist in syncing the appropriate data with Salesforce.
• Maintain a wide range of email campaigns, including working collaboratively on list management and segmentation strategies, as well as technical development, testing, execution, tracking and refinement.
• Optimize emails for deliverability, open rates, conversion, etc.
• Maintain prospect to lead generation scoring, lead tracking, providing analysis of prospect and lead tracking in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Assist the Sales Ops and Sales Development organizations with account-based marketing (ABM) tools and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience using HubSpot and Salesforce together in a B2B model is required.
• Proficient in SaaS, campaign, marketing, lead generation and nurture best practices.
• Understanding of marketing automation workflows, email optimization and lead attribution.
• Prior use of lead scoring and sales readiness models.
• Experience using ABM tools is a plus.
