Upgrade is looking for a Marketing Partnership Associate to help support the growth and optimization of our largest acquisition channel. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is detail oriented, metrics-driven and has a strong desire to learn. In this role, you’ll be part of a growing marketing team where you’ll get exposure to a variety of partners, products, and channels with an opportunity for increasing responsibility over time.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with partners and internal teams to bring marketing initiatives to life.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding process, including creative development, compliance approval, API integrations, tracking, reporting, and end-to-end to testing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to provide recommendations around areas of growth. 
  • Review and analyze campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Regularly monitor Upgrade’s ad placements on partner sites.
  • Manage the partner reporting and budget process.
  • Propose and implement new solutions to make the partnership group more efficient.

Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a marketing partnership, affiliate, project management or client facing role.
  • Ability to think strategically about business, marketing, and technical challenges.
  • Track record of successful marketing campaign execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excel skills are a must.

  • Bonus Points: Experience with SQL, Tableau, Impact Radius, or other affiliate management tools.
