Why we’re hiring
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, we’re rapidly growing and looking for a Marketing Associate to help execute on our strategy. You will be responsible for assisting with all types of marketing campaigns and events to help Alloy generate more demand and delight our clients. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to develop their marketing skill set at a hyper growth startup company in the Fintech space.
Our demand generation team is growing and there is a lot of opportunity for growth! We will be building out multi-touch attribution, ABM programs, and developing creative promotions and campaigns. The person in this role will have a chance to work on multiple types of projects and learn about mid-market and enterprise B2B marketing.
What you’ll be doing
- Execute demand generation campaigns including email marketing, content syndication, paid social, SEM, and newsletter sponsorships
- Set up campaign materials in Marketo and Salesforce such as landing pages, emails, campaigns, and events
- Learn how to analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments
- Work with 3rd party vendors to increase inbound lead flow
- Help evaluate new marketing opportunities for our target audiences to hit our pipeline goals
- Assist with larger department programs such as events (virtual and in-person), webinar, and product launches
- Foster cross functionally relationships with sales and revenue operation leaders to align on team OKRs
- Develop your overall marketing skill set by partnering with the larger marketing team on strategy and campaign execution.
Who we’re looking for
- 1-2 years of marketing experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Google ads, paid social platforms, email marketing a plus
