Marketing:
A Marketing Associate, Inclusive Marketing Council level role means, your position will support the function of Brand Safety, with your core responsibility being driving the planning and strategic implementation of Inclusive Marketing Council projects and processes. You will manage the day-to-day operations and functions of the Inclusive Marketing Council by partnering and consulting with various marketing and business functions on project review coordination, conducting pre-review evaluations, establishing and communicating detailed timing and deliverables, managing review milestones and logistics, and helping to set clear expectations with partners. You'll build connections across the organization and within projects, mitigate risks and roadblocks, and communicate roles and responsibilities throughout the project review workflow. You will also oversee maintenance and updates of the Inclusive Marketing Council's communication tools (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Slack, and Yammer).
As Marketing Associate, Inclusive Marketing Council, you will also be responsible for the monthly newsletter process and managing the third-party platform contract, including content creation, optimizing the final deliverable, tracking key metrics, updating the distribution list, and partnering with the copyeditor. As part of the function of Brand Safety at Target, you will be responsible for supporting risk and reputation projects and managing the extraction of pertinent social channel and conversation data, plus preparing it in the desired platform (e.g. Excel) for broader communication use. You will also support the Target Social Team with ad-hoc projects determined by the director of Brand Safety.
We'll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Marketing Associate.

About you:• Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, or related area, or equivalent experience• 2+ years of project management or marketing experience• Ability to manage and execute projects in many different stages and work within ambiguous situations• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, initiative and accountability• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to build strong relationships and instill confidence with a range of partners
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $52,200-$94,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
