Job Description The Wholesale Payments Product Demand Generation - Associate will be part of a growing team with global purview charged with driving new revenue for the business through both new client acquisition and the growth of existing client relationships. You will support a team responsible for designing and delivering omni-channel digital marketing campaigns that capture and nurture leads for a portfolio of leading global payments products and solutions. As we accelerate our growth, you will collaborate with the broader marketing and communications team, product managers, sales teams, relationship managers and technology groups to plan, execute and optimize full-funnel strategies that generate pipeline opportunities and increased revenue. You will also help build brand awareness, promote new solutions and deepen relationships with relevant audiences.
This individual contributor role is ideal for a creative marketer who is looking to join a team that values collaboration and challenging the status quo. This person will possess the vision to create big, bold plans that make our story, purpose and mission compelling to a variety of businesses across multiple industries and segments. You will have the opportunity to apply innovative digital marketing strategies to customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning and activate across owned and paid channels.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, planning, managing and optimizing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales growth through new client acquisition and deepening existing client relationships
  • Develop short and long-term programs to improve our lead capture and nurture programs
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely development and delivery of assets and programs.
  • Assist and advise on A/B testing strategies to ensure continuous performance improvement
  • Work with cross functional teams to develop and refine ideal client and customer personas
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns including business case, creative development, internal approvals and campaign performance
  • Partner with analytics and technology/CRM teams to monitor and report on program performance
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on campaign performance and drive innovative ideas and solutions to improve key success metrics
  • Assist in content development to target clients throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal partners and centers of excellence to deliver campaigns
  • Quickly build strong relationships in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization
  • Manage controls and procedures in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Stay current on industry best practices and providing strategic guidance across all channels
  • Identify opportunities for our team to adopt the newest, most innovative marketing strategies and tactics.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of general marketing experience
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on solving paint points
  • Must work well in a matrixed organization where teams work collaboratively outside well-defined hierarchies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse range of audiences
  • Basic understanding of demand generation performance KPI including impressions, clicks, web visitors, views, downloads, leads, initial sales conversations and incremental revenue
  • Some experience building or managing multi-channel marketing programs that raise awareness, engagement and conversion across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Basic understanding of the tools of the trade (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, etc.) and campaign analytics (benchmarks, reporting and optimizations)
  • Ability to track campaign performance, interpret results, recognize actional insights and develop recommendations for improvement throughout the B2B customer lifecycle
  • Able to gather, interpret and incorporate feedback from a large group of stakeholders
  • Forward-thinking, positive, proactive and willing to drive change
  • Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative and can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization and across diverse, global teams


Preferred, but not required:

  • Higher education degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in fintech, technology or related spaces
  • Experience managing global campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of how to use SalesForce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, Tableau experience
