Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing communications calendar
  • Assist with crafting internal and external communications
  • Build and maintain company presentations, including those in support of Town Halls, and recruitment
  • Continuously improve and refine marketing materials – creative and messaging – through compiling and reviewing analytics
  • Collaborate with advertising agency to create content across our social media channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
  • Partner with People team to amplify our employer brand
  • Update website
  • Support creation of following assets: webinars, presentations, whitepapers, articles, videos, press releases
  • Contribute to content suggestions including restructure/reformat, appropriateness to audience, grammar and proofread
  • Maintain presentation library
  • Trade Show logistics support 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related degree
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing and communications. Experience developing, coordinating, and implementing effective online and electronic marketing communications
  • Knowledge in podcasts and video production a plus
  • Project management experience related to marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Self-motivated individual who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software is highly desired
  • Experience with GoogleDrive, Mailchimp, Social Pilot, Linkedin, Webflow, Confluence
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in fast paced environment.
  • Solid copy writing skills
