Job Description
- The marketing coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all member and provider communications are distributed to the appropriate populations in the required time frame.
- Communications include new policies, updates to the provider and/or member manual, memos, information about population health programs, and invitations to special events or trainings.
- Position is also responsible for managing all website updates and works closely with the marketing operations team to ensure all communications have been appropriately remediated and branded before publication.
- The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for meeting regularly with the Staff Writer as well as the Provider Relations and Member Services Teams to ensure communications are being received and processed in a timely manner.
- This position is responsible for tracking and reporting marketing analytics which includes the number and description of communications that have been distributed to both member and provider populations and reporting those metrics to leadership.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 81,100
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in marketing or communications
- Ability to manage multiple cross functional projects and meet deadlines on time with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education
- A degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication, or relevant field OR equivalent combination of work history and education.
