This position is within Home Lending Data & Analytics (HL D&A), which is part of the Chase Data & Analytics organization.
The hiring team is HL Marketing Performance Analytics. Marketing Performance Analytics provides reporting & analysis to measure the success of marketing campaigns, including AB testing & ROI.
Position Overview
This is a Vice President role on the HL Finance D&A team.
The role is an exciting opportunity to build performance reporting for the top strategic initiative in marketing - the transformation from campaigns to customer journeys. What's new with customer journeys is that we will engage with customers at the right time & with the right message based on their stage in the journey.
Responsibilities

• Analysis on performance of new customer journeys
• Analysis of incrementality (treated vs. control)
• AB testing (e.g., different creatives)
• Helping drive the learning agenda for how to optimize customer journeys
• Leading meetings with marketing to share performance results
• Leveraging reports & analysis to provide inputs for marketing business cases
• Partnering with other marketing performance analysis on joint team responsibilities including data foundation, attribution & reporting

Required Skills

• Data querying (SQL)
• Data mining & analytics (e.g., Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau)
• Clear communications & ability to explain analytical results in simple language
• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the mortgage industry
• Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience
