ABOUT THE ROLE

BlueVine is searching for a Marketing Analytics Manager to own the reporting and insights for our Lending product, reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics. You would work closely with the rest of the marketing analytics team (we all thrive on collaboration and teaching each other new skills), the different marketing divisions (Growth, Product, Web, PR/Social), the analytics and data science groups across the organization, as well as our BI and Engineering teams.

The position focuses on developing a deep understanding of the data we have available on our marketing audiences in order to produce insights and direction for the marketing team, including self-service dashboards, weekly recap insights, A/B/n and multivariate tests, and adhoc investigations.

You’ll also be involved with guiding the direction for how our data is structured, including working with internal teams on their projects such as implementing governance structures (ie UTM code structures), developing multi-touch attribution logic, creating projection models, and more. For all those times in your career you may have wished you were able to fix how data was collected, you’ll now have the opportunity to make those changes that will allow the team to easily scale our analytics capabilities, helping us better serve and empower small business owners across the US.

This is not a fully remote role. At BlueVine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment.  All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model.
