Publishers Clearing House (PCH), headquartered in Jericho, NY, is seeking a Marketing Analyst.  This role will provide support to maximize company sales and profit by implementing strategic marketing plans for the general merchandise mailing program. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the package development process for mailings to maximize response while remaining within budgeted cost constraints
• Create documents and lead cross-functional team meetings that provide strategic direction to Creative and operational groups for each mailing
• Review all marketing materials and provide feedback to ensure optimal response
• Conduct various analyses to identify appropriate mail volumes/sales expectations for each mailing campaign and to ensure proper spacing of promotional elements
• Track, evaluate and report on mailing performance each week. Analyze monthly trends and identify success factors to guide future planning

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business Management 
• 1 year of direct marketing experience with a focus in direct mail preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to work independently, as well as in groups and lead cross-functional teams 
• Strong analytical skills required
