Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst at Highnoon, you will spend your days surveying information, creating client reports, and summarizing data with graphs and tables in a way that helps the data tell a story. This role requires you to be detail-oriented with outstanding analytical abilities. If you enjoy working on challenging problems, researching effective solutions, advising others how to best apply and use data, and being a part of a team driving big results, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Measuring the performance of online and offline campaigns
- Final sign off on data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- GA4 set up for all properties across clients
- Set up and management of all GA goals/events and attribution models
- Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagements
- Advise clients or senior management on the best ways to use provided data
- Analyzing sales funnels and customer intent
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
- Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical connection issues that affect ad tracking or reporting
- Work across teams to help develop tracking tags/pixel placements as they relate to media goals
- Use of Adobe Analytics and/or Terminus would be a huge plus
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Expertise in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager,
- Understanding of Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other reporting platforms
- Bonus points for experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zapier, and/or Hubspot)
- In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
- Experience with PPC campaigns
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask well
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointPreferred
- Previous experience in market research
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
