The Opportunity
Workfront, an Adobe Company is seeking a Marketing Analyst who is passionate about the measurement and analysis of data and results in an effort to enable enhanced decision-making and process design. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing leadership & team to define fact-based reporting, analysis and analytical models to be used to produce improved results.
What you'll Do
Act as a business partner to teams within marketing to understand, analyze, and provide quantitative insight into their business.
Analyze data related to lead and opportunity conversions, the accuracy of opportunity stages/probability, sales and marketing funnel velocity, and achievement against targets
Work with mass amounts of marketing touchpoints to determine the success of marketing assets and campaigns.
Perform ad hoc analyses and data investigation/discovery to identify and/or explain business and marketing trends or anomalies
Work tightly with marketing operations team to define data required to perform desired analyses and development of data processes to deliver required data.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Psychology, Analytics or a related area.
Ability to build high-quality, user-friendly visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
Proven track record of using SQL or similar query languages to work with large data sets
Experience using a programming language for data analysis like R or Python for analysis or modeling.
Experience with working with attribution concepts or tools.
Experience working with Marketing Automation or CRM systems
Experience working clickstream or digital analytics systems.
Knowledge of standard methodologies in B2B marketing, demand generation, lead conversion, and lead nurturing management
