Job Summary
AmeriLife's Brand and Creative Services team provides comprehensive, full-service creative marketing support to all facets of the company, including its distribution channels. Qualified account coordinator candidates are wanted to support the oversight of one or more dedicated accounts as it relates to their marketing and creative service needs.
The Marketing Account Manager plays a key role in supporting the internal development process across our creative teams, as well as keeping client contacts fully in the know as to where their programs and requests stand. Typical programs and services include integrated marketing campaigns; enterprise partner programs; video and animated story-telling projects; traditional, digital and social campaigns; and more.
This role will serve as a key point of contact for its assigned clients, as the point of intake for new requests, and playing a key role in gathering feedback to facilitate proactive planning in meeting the needs of the business.

- Serves as a liaison between internal clients and stakeholders to identify their needs and to ensure satisfaction, while also ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives, business objectives and brand strategy
- Coordinates to track scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables for projects assigned
- Acts as primary point of contact for marketing requests, consulting internal resources to obtain necessary approvals and assisting with task assignment of jobs
- Provides quality customer service and effective communication, ensuring requestors receive prompt responses throughout the job progression and all questions/concerns are answered in responses
- Works with fellow team members, vendors and assigned clients to ensure deliverables are fulfilled in accordance with SLA's; provides input / guidance in advocating based on client's needs
- Implements new programs and/or services and consistently trains to ensure new processes are followed and are communicated to clients.
- Develops and manages SLA's with point of contacts to deliver projects and jobs on time and on budget
- Manages related vendor relationships to business line
- Coordinates with distribution counterpart to reach alignment on marketing projects and job requests
- Maintains accurate reporting to track status of marketing efforts and regularly communicates updates to key stakeholders as assigned
- Provides proposed solutions to challenges and ways to continue to elevate our brand image, events, and quality of work
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Account / project management and marketing experience (2+ years)
- Workfront or other project management software experience a plus
- Excellent time management, organization and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS Office proficiency

- Superior customer service and proven agency-related support experience
- Excellent listening skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time and project management
- Client expansion and retention expertise
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects
