Managers, Digital Marketing Analytics
American Express Travel Related Services seeks Managers, Digital Marketing Analytics, under the supervision of Director, Marketing, to serve as a member of a product innovation team using big data platforms to drive the development and maintenance of direct marketing capabilities across the enterprise. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Monitor the execution of prioritized project road maps and present progress reports to management.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience leveraging big data platforms to design solutions that drive product innovation. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with conducting data-mapping exercises for new data ingestion and campaign tracking; 1 year of experience with analysis of large datasets; 1 year of experience with analysis and modeling for digital acquisition and marketing; 1 year of experience with implementing complex business strategies involving strategic marketing, fraud prevention, and auditing; and 1 year of experience with Big Data systems, business statistics, data analytics and analysis, data modeling, ETL processes, Hive, SAS, and SQL.
